Order Process

  1. Sales Period- Customer places order online and order confirmation email received. (1 Business Day)
  2. Order Processing Period- This period takes 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. All orders received after 5PM CST will begin processing the next business day. Unfortunately, orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. (3-5 Business Days) 
  3. Order Fulfillment Period- Processing period concludes and your shipping label will be created. Also, you will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email. Your package is shipped off via USPS Priority mail. (2-3 Business Days USA) (7-10 Business Days International) 

Returns and Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the products offered at www.thatsalottahair.com, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ALL PRODUCTS

For all questions or concerns please send email to contact@thatsalottahair.com and representative will respond within 48 business hours. If you were sent wrong product please send email to contact@thatsalottahair.com within 24 hours of wrong product received. If not received within designated time, request will be denied.

Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs we incur in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order. 


Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier/delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
